Affordable Housing Solutions utilizes resident surveys and intake assessments to address the complex needs and the diverse interests of residents. We hear the residents, engage them and move forward together to live with purpose, pride, and productivity
  • Launched a homeless diversion program to provide affordable housing with supportive services for older adults transitioning from being unhoused.
  • Partnered with Virginia Commonwealth University to secure a 1.5 Million dollar grant to expand health clinics into four public housing communities.
  • Increased the market value of offendable housing communities through the implementation of Robust and innovative Resident programs and services.
  • Developed academic preceptor Programs with twelve higher learning institutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
